Our logo
Our logo showcases our club’s picturesque surroundings in beautiful Confederation Park. The logo features the silhouette of the lawn bowling green, subtly framed by the snow-capped North Shore mountains creating a stunning backdrop. The pine tree adds a touch of natural elegance, embodying the lush greenery framing the club. The vibrant color of the rhododendron in the design pays homage to Burnaby’s official flower and also injects a burst of local charm. This logo serves as a visual celebration of the club’s connection to nature, the community, and the breathtaking landscapes of Burnaby. Lisa Wong, a resident of the Burnaby Heights neighbourhood, designed the logo

Club History
In 1950, we made a green on the Reservoir, Ingleton and Oxford, in Burnaby. We played there until the City wanted to work on the water source. So, we found our home in Confederation Park in 1962. Our name was changed to “Burnaby North Lawn Bowling Club”. Over the years, through fire and ups and downs, with the hard work of members, we have survived and grown as a social club. Our members enjoy lawn bowling at all levels — but friendship and social activities make us what we are today.
